With 'Foundations of Qigong for Men,' you'll embark on a journey to rediscover balance, strength, and inner peace. Each week, we'll delve into different aspects of Qigong, designed to align your physical, emotional, and spiritual self.

You'll learn about…

Week 1/April 24th : “An Ancient Way’ - Discover the history and context of Qigong. Learn how the principles of working with breath effect the flow of energy through the body. Deepen your understanding of the connections between psychology of the mind and the patterns of the physical body.

Week 2/May 1st: “Heaven and Earth” - Learning to listen and wait, develop neutrality for the somatic experiences of the body. Warm up the body, connect with your spine, and begin to relate with discomfort in new ways. Focus on structural alignments- the vehicle for the inward journey.

Week 3/May 8th: “Fluidity of Stillness” - Learn techniques to work with physical discomfort and emotional stress. Cultivate a sense of calm and resilience that will positively impact your relationships and daily activities.

Week 4/May 15th: “A Reservoir of Energy” - Develop a relationship with the center of your being. Focus on spaces where Qi is stored and generated. Relax your body to naturally and sustainably release stored tension and trauma from the body and energy fields.

Week 5/May 22nd: “Refining the Spirit” - Delve into practices that enhance your spiritual connection and healing abilities. Understand how Qigong can widen your sense of space and time. Experience how the subtleties of breath animate your physical body through movement and self expression.

Week 6/May 29th: “A Friend for Life - Bring together all that you've learned to create a personalized Qigong routine. Develop a sustainable practice that you can continue to grow with beyond the course. Simplify your practice and open yourself to the limitless journey of internal cultivation.


In addition to weekly video lessons*, you'll receive personal support through Q&A sessions, a community forum to connect with fellow participants, and additional resources to deepen your practice. Whether you're new to Qigong or looking to deepen your existing practice, this course is designed to support you in finding greater health, happiness, and harmony.
